   PAPA JACK SAID #744: Hanggat nararamdaman mo na masakit, never deny. Tanggapin mo na masakit para alam ng katawan mo kung ano ang gagawin para maka-cope up. Hindi nakakahiyang aminin na nasaktan ka dahil normal lang yan.
